Here is an outline of what you can expect your first time through the doors:

Paperwork

While no one loves paperwork, providing some basic medical information and information for your chart is essential. We have made sure to collect only necessary information and we always have staff available should you have any questions about our paperwork.

Assessment

Your physical therapist will spend typically about 1 hour with you gathering history about your injury or diagnosis , doing a physical assessment of functional mobility, take measurements such as range of motion, strength, and balance.

Questions

During the assessment process you may have questions for us as well, we encourage you ask away. Here our focus in on you, and your recovery.

Treatment Plan

Our physical therapist will then review the basic details of the evaluation and together you both will set goals to accomplish in an estimated timeline.
